Ray Savino began his journey into the paranormal in 1991 where he had his first paranormal experience. In 2009, he founded RTL PARANORMAL. Since its formation, RTL PARANORMAL has had well over 200 paranormal investigations under its belt and have investigated private homes, state parks, historic locations and military bases in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Kentucky.

 

In 2020, Ray Savino began a paranormal talent management company called Flumeri Promotions. Flumeri Promotions represents some of today's most newest and respected paranormal investigators in today's paranormal field.
